{"id":4743,"date":"2019-12-24T10:48:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-24T07:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dnaunion.com\/en-us\/?p=4743"},"modified":"2020-01-05T11:02:39","modified_gmt":"2020-01-05T07:32:39","slug":"the-dnaunions-strategy-for-2020-21-fiscal-in-the-making","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dnaunion.com\/en-us\/the-dnaunions-strategy-for-2020-21-fiscal-in-the-making\/","title":{"rendered":"The dnaunion\u2019s Strategy for 2020-21 Fiscal in the Making"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The dna<strong>union<\/strong>\u2019s managers and strategists gathered for\na kickoff meeting in mid-December to draw up the firm\u2019s budget and general\nstrategy for the next Iranian fiscal year that starts in March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasser Pashapour Nikoo CEO of dna<strong>union<\/strong> says, \u201cThe\nmeeting provides our subsidiaries with general guidelines that they can draw\nupon and forge their own plans.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to him, such meetings create an environment of\nfellowship between the company\u2019s leadership and the subsidiaries&#8217; managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to the meeting, extensive research was done on the\nIranian market\u2019s needs and potentials. Furthermore, prospects of business in\nthe country were reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dna<strong>union<\/strong>\u2019s Business Development Team draw up\ngeneral guidelines for the company. Each subsidiary will forge its independent\nplans and projects in line with the general strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pashapour explains that both the general strategy and each\nsubsidiaries\u2019 plans are ratified after extensive talks and studies. According\nto him, the strategies results are regularly reviewed by experts after\nimplementation and modifications are made if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The veteran businessman also pointed to the economic\nvolatilities in Iran\u2019s market and said, \u201cSome do not appreciate the importance\nof planning in volatile economic environments. Having a proper strategy and\nbeing adaptable is of paramount importance in such conditions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alireza Feyzbakhsh presided over the meeting. He is a\nfaculty member at Sharif University of Technology\u2019s Graduate School of\nManagement and Economics.
