{"id":4884,"date":"2020-01-28T13:40:00","date_gmt":"2020-01-28T10:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dnaunion.com\/en-us\/?p=4884"},"modified":"2020-02-02T14:11:34","modified_gmt":"2020-02-02T10:41:34","slug":"farmand-launches-two-new-brands","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dnaunion.com\/en-us\/farmand-launches-two-new-brands\/","title":{"rendered":"Farmand Launches Two New Brands"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In collaboration with 1001 Branding Agency, Farmand Company\nset about to expand its brands through launching two new production lines for\nsmarties (sugar-coated chocolate) and dragees (chocolate-coated nuts). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the collaboration, Reza Kayedi manager of\nFarmand\u2019s marketing department, said that many steps were taken one after\nanother using 1001 Marketing Agency\u2019s methods. \u201cThese included 6 sessions of\nmeetings between managers of both companies, benchmark studies, determining\nstrategic policies for the two new brands as well as their mission and\nprospects, values, essence, character and target customers. Then we selected\nthe brand names and their logos, typography designs, color palettes and the\nbrands\u2019 taglines. We then went on to design specific graphic elements.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new products, added Kayedi, went through blind tests and\nwere given a higher score in taste compared with their domestic and foreign\nrivals. \u201cThis is due to the fact that high-quality raw material and a special\nformula goes into the production of these brands,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About the packaging he said that they come in OPP wrappers\nand new crystal containers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farmand\u2019s marketing manager sang the praises of the professional\nmembers working at 1001 Branding Agency saying that \u201cthey were a part of our\nteam in the real sense of the word and did their ultimate best in creating the\nbrands. All the stages of the project were carried out meticulously.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Narges Keshavarznia, the project\u2019s manager from 1001\nbranding also said on the matter that the project began with quantitative and\nqualitative researches, done in collaboration with dna<strong>union<\/strong> subsidiary\nemrc, the participants of which were people from different sexes and age\ngroups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keshavarznia said that Farmand has a large target market and\ngiven the reasonable prices of its products, children and adults from all\neconomic backgrounds are among its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur research showed that these products were reminiscent of\nchildhood, recreation and happiness. We came to the conclusion that the\nsugar-coated chocolates\u2019 essence is \u201cplayful\u201d and its character is \u201cclown and\nplayful\u201d. The essence of chocolate-coated nuts is \u201clively and innovative\u201d and\nits character is \u201cmagician and innovative\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manager of the Innovation Department at 1001 branding Agency\nNasim Dana said that for the above reasons the sugar-coated chocolates were\nnamed Puppet and the chocolate-coated nuts Regalo (gift in Italian). Their\ntaglines are \u201cPlay with the colors\u201d and \u201cThere\u2019s a secret inside each piece\u201d\nrespectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAfter naming the products we thought of what the story\nshould be. To this end, we thought of a carnival. A carnival which echoes\nFarmand\u2019s slogan \u2018As sweet as smiles\u2019.
