Farmand marketing manager, Reza Kaidi says, \u201cWith help from\nCertius, we\u2019ve been able to establish a trade marketing division which can\noperate in line with our long-term strategies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, Farmand employees were trained by Certius\nspecialists during a weeklong process. \u201cThe process has boosted our sales in\ntarget markets,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, the process has enabled Farmand to forge a more\nscientific data-driven decision-making process that would guarantee its\noperations\u2019 outcome quality. \u201cThe decision-making process is being applied\nthroughout the company,\u201d Kaidi added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said, \u201cCertius has a bright track record of offering\nquality services to local and foreign brands. By enlisting the agency\u2019s help,\nwe were certain that we\u2019d be able to attain our goals.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Senior Certius consultant Nooshin Kazemian says, \u201cFor\ndevising a trade marketing strategy for Farmand, the company, its structure,\nand target markets were thoroughly studied. Then the gathered information was\ncompared with data about leading international firms. A workshop was held where\nFarmand managers and Certius specialists worked in tandem with each other to\nestablish a trade marketing division for the Iranian firm.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTrade marketing department is a key player in preserving and\nexpanding every company\u2019s market share,\u201d Kazemian noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, through the collaboration, a long- and short-\nterm strategy for the division was devised. \u201cCertius also played an active role\nin hiring talent for the new division.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By identifying key performance indicators, Certius also\nenabled Framand to pick candidates for employment positions at the trade\nmarketing division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
