The campaign included TV and radio commercials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fouman Chimie\u2019s Advertising Manager for the Automotive\nDepartment Omid Azizian and the project manager Kamyar Zolfaghari, and\nInnovation Department manager Armita Madellat both from Eshareh tell us more\nabout their cooperation and the new Caspian motor oil ads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Azizian said, \u201cWe set upon this new project with the aim to\nintroduce our exclusive sales on Caspian motor oil and filters. We first\nannounced our new sales plans through radio ads in early January and our TV ads\nstarted two months later in March.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He explained that in the TVC, the setting was a hospital\nthat resembled an automobile repair shop. A car is displayed that is not\nfeeling well and mechanics are scrutinizing it. After a thorough inspection,\none of the mechanics diagnoses the problem as engine sludge. He then uses\nCaspian engine oil to do away with the problem, implying that this product has\na far better quality compared with its rivals in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company deputy director added that the campaign\u2019s tag\nline was \u201cYour Companion on the Road\u201d pointing to the fact that Caspian engine\noil will be the drivers&#8217; loyal friend all along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zolfaghari said, during the initial meeting with Fouman\nChimie representatives it was determined that both the brand name Caspian Motor\noil and the parent company\u2019s logo were to be displayed in the TVC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He lays out the campaign\u2019s rationale as follows, \u201cFouman\nChimie makes use of a technology that enables the motor oil to prevent the\nbuildup of engine sludge. If engine sludge is not attended to, it can turn into\na serious problem that will need costly repairs. The current economic\ncircumstances have car prices soaring and, as such, most people cannot afford\nto change their vehicles for a better one. So they make do with the ride they\nhave already got while trying to see to its proper maintenance. Here comes the\nsignificance of using a standard, high-quality motor oil.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eshareh\u2019s Innovation Department manager is of the opinion\nthat Fouman Chimie is a big name in Iran\u2019s automotive industry. She said that\nwhat their team aimed at was, primarily, to highlight the high standards to\nwhich Caspian engine oils abide by in the television ads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Madellat said, \u201cThe setting was a hospital since that\u2019s the\nplace where lives are saved. Yet this hospital resembled an auto repair shop,\nmaking the ad very much different than the ones aired by other companies. Here\nCaspian engine oil was ascribed the role of the savior, the cure specialists\nchoose to prescribe.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from TV and radio ads, added Azizian, below-the-line\nadvertising projects were also carried out across the country to introduce the\nproject with the company\u2019s focus being the cities of Tehran, Shiraz, Mashhad,\nand Rasht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fouman Chimie\u2019s Advertising Manager says, \u201cWe have been\ncollaborating with Eshareh for around a year now. Over the past year, Eshareh\nhas launched ad campaigns for every product we offer in the market. Each and\nevery one of these ads has been meticulously in line with the preliminary\nsketches we handed to them. These sketches outlined our targets and Eshareh had\ndelivered all of them.
