DMN Holds Event in Presence of 1,400 People

The “DMN-A Brand Experience Agency” held a grand event for the unveiling of Pars Hayat Kimya’s new series of products. One of the most important features of the event held by the DMN was its execution order. The “DMN-A Brand Experience Agency” held a grand event for the unveiling of Pars Hayat Kimya new series of products. At this grand event, senior executives of Pars Hayat Kimya together with active staff at the company as well as representatives and managers of different departments and sales representatives of Pars Hayat from all over the country were present. Managers of Pars Hayat main center in Turkey and employees of Pars Hayat and all stakeholders of this company from different cities of Iran gathered together in this event to exchange views about the latest achievements of different brands of Pars Hayat Company and new products which would be presented to the Iranian market under a well-known brand.

The highlight of the event was creation of a brand experience for the audience during the course of the event. The entrance to the event hall had been branded with the maquette of Pars Hayat products and elements. The maquette idea resulted in immediate attraction of visitors at the event. Most of the visitors upon noticing the elements and maquettes, started to take selfis and memento photos. All the participants were part of Pars Hayat grand company and seeing the magnified maquettes of the products they were dealing with every day, was interesting for them.

In addition to the attractive maquettes and decoration in the event hall, games and entertainment activities had also been tailored for the participants with regard to the specifications of the products and the brand. The designed games, in addition to highlighting features of the products, were so attractive that kept the audience busy during their leisure time. Thus the DMN had been able to create a delightful and interesting brand experience for the attendees and beneficiaries of Pars Hayat.  

The mentioned event enjoyed unique features. Features that distinguished the event from the rest. One of the most important features of the event held by the DMN was the order in its execution. Regularly administration of an event in the presence of over 1,400 people will result in the achievement of the predetermined goals. Goals parts of which were shown to the audience step-by-step by the DMN in the form of videos. The videos were among the interesting parts of the event. The images and the music selected for the videos thrilled the audience and excited them. The audience who, with regard to the duration of the event, were difficult to keep fresh. But the participants were still joyful and stayed in the event, which lasted for eleven hours.

Another part of the event that received interesting feedback from the audience was the testing of new products in front of the participants. Managers had already outlined the competitive features and benefits of the new products. After the speech of the managers, the stage was prepared by bringing laboratory equipment to prove some points. The products were tested by the related experts and the results were shown to the audience. The experiment showed what features made the new products distinct from those of the competitors in the market.

It should be noted that the event also included other interesting parts. Art groups entertained the audience and were welcomed by the participants. Ehsan Karami, the powerful program host of the country was in charge of administering the ceremony. Also, at this big event, two concerts were performed by the Rastak Group and Behnam Bani, and various other programs including stand-up comedy by Hassan Reyvandi and presence of Ms. Elham Hamidi (actress) as the brand ambassador were other highlights of the event which received significant feedbacks from the audience who experienced a memorable event.
