Our approach to employment

• In our group, everyone is a talent. Each person has the talent and ingenuity in the field that is perhaps unknown to them. Knowing the area in which we have talent, is the key factor for the success of each individual. Our effort in the dnaunion is based on the theme that by identifying and nurturing the potential capabilities of individuals, to be the best cooperation destination for the talents.
• Enthusiasm has the final say in our groupHard work, continuity and focus are the magical result in having enthusiasm in each individual. Enthusiasm can be referred to as the key factor for the success in any work. When you have the zeal in doing a job, you can overcome barriers through hard work and continuity and achieve the best possible result.
• We believe that the organization plays the role of the facilitator and the guide of human capital. Training is one of the main facilities our group provides for human capital in the direction of PDP (professional development program).
• Acceptance of diversity raises organizational creativity. The dnaunion is a place for people with different DNAs who make enthusiastic efforts in line with the formulation of a common target. We believe that diversity in experiences, knowledge, culture, and individual motivations increases creativity and causes growth and expansion of a business.
• In our group belief in colleagues in accomplishment of teamwork, is not only a belief but also a value. The foundation of teamwork is to believe in co-workers. When you believe in your colleagues, you can gain a better result in doing teamwork as compared to an individual work.
• People are really regarded successful who differentiate between the work place and the personal space, and are able to forge interaction between them. Real success of the people is gained through interaction and differentiation between the business life and the private life. We in dnaunion believe that improvement of the working environment and respect for personal privacy will demonstrate its positive effects in personal life and, obviously its social manifestation and this is a step towards building a better society.
