The correct and sound understanding of members of the dnaunion group of the large family wherein they work is highly important. In this regard, a program under the title “ourunion” has been planned since 2014.

This program is being implemented exclusively for the newcomers to the group. In this program that is held twice a year on a regular basis, efforts are made to further familiarize the people with the group and other companies and enable them to gain a good perception about the values of the group.

Cases such as a better understanding of the group and its companies, familiarization with the values of the organization, development of motivation and recognition of the path ahead in macro dimensions are among the achievements of the program.

With regard to the planning of the dnaunion group ourunion will be held twise a year.
