Huawei Opens After-Sales Service Centers in Iran

Huawei is familiar cell phone brand that has attracted the attention of many customers and is at the stage of launching specialized and exclusive after-sales service centers throughout the country.

Shadan Baqeri, project manager for holding the inauguration ceremony of the specialized and exclusive after-sales centers of Huawei brand from DMN said: “This is the second after-sales office of the Huawei brand that recently became operational in Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi Province. The opening ceremony was held in the presence of Tangqinyu, senior manager of Huawei in the Middle East, Iran after-sales manager, managing director of the sponsor company and a number of reporters and the brand audience.

The Huawei brand is set to have the largest sales promotion in Iran. Therefore, the brand intends to assure its audience and customers that it will exert utmost efforts to provide after-sales services. The brand intends to operate its after-sales services throughout Iran in order to be accountable to all its customers.

Customers, after purchasing their Huawei mobile sets by activating the guarantee code can refer to the after-sales offices in case of any software or hardware problems and take advantage of the services.

Replacement Huawei cell phone models Mate 9 and Honor 8 monitors up to three months after failure due to damage or water corrosion in these centers is among the services that are due to be offered. Moreover, to make it more convenient for the customers, it is possible, up to 72 hours, to collect the mobile sets from the residence of the clients and return it any address demanded by them.
