Presence of New dnaunion Stars in ourunion Program
Organizational culture will be institutionalized when people acquire a better cognition of their own work environment. The faster this cognition takes place the faster the individual will sink in their organizational function. People need opportunities in order to understand better: An opportunity the organization should provide for its staff on the first days of their presence.
Now, the dnaunion group, within the framework of a one-day program called ourunion, provides individuals with an opportunity to step into a new world far from emotions and stress and get acquainted with the managing director, the group’s history and the values the new forces are supposed to fight for their realization. The new forces in this program become familiar with the organizational culture and the activities the group has so far carried out.
In the most recent ourunion program of the dnaunion group which was held on a spring day, newly energetic forces with pure and virgin ideas attended and spoke of their future dreams and prospects: Dreams that the family from now on will be beside its forces for their realization: Forces that are supposed to take the curse taken by the family and become a branch of the old dnaunion tree.
