Organizers of an Event Are Hidden Foundations of Its Success

Innovation in Presenting Values, Creating Unexpected Opportunities

In the calendar month of Mordad 1394 (August 2015) the dnaunion Group with the participation and cooperation of one of the prestigious German institutes in developing creativity and leadership and AAV marketing school held an Innovation and Value Proposition course in an effort to keep its senior managers abreast of up-to-date knowledge and skills.

The audience in the three-day course were dnaunion managers who had interaction with the customers; the sales team; the planners; the strategists; creativity managers or senior company managers who in fact take the first steps in communication with the customers.

The course was held on August 5, 6 and 8 at the end of which the participants received certificates of participation in the course.

The participants learned how to view innovation and creativity from a different perspective, recognize the needs and challenges of their customers and coordinate their services and products with the needs of the clients.

Recognition of different types of customers, paying attention to their specific demands, challenging all the people in the organization for the creation of new ideas and creating new opportunities for innovation were among other topics of the course.

I had a chat with one of the participants in the course, who said: “In this course I learned that to be creative it is not only useful but necessary to be different. In other words, it’s ok to be different.

And, this was the pacifying point I learned from this course: It’s good to be able to disassemble everything and create a new world. It’s still good not to see the things as others see. Basically, being different is good and is a prerequisite for being creative. In this course I realized that I have taken the right course and I should no change my way.”
